Why can't I search for a Real Estate office by county and town? When people are searching for an office by town, they may not know the county. If the town requested is not in the county that has been selected, then no offices would be found. Our system automatically disregards the county selected when a town is selected. To pull up all office in a certain county, leave the town field set to "all".(Return to QUESTIONS)

Why isn't there town/county information on all the towns/counties in New Jersey? New cities are coming on board every week. And our staff is working hard to spread the word about HomesNJ.com, with new commitments from Boards constantly coming in. If the town you are looking for is not on the site, call your local REALTOR®, and tell him or her you want to see your city on the Internet! If you need information on a certain town or county that is not presented on this site, please contact one of our participating REALTORS®. They maintain very detailed information on all the counties and towns within our wonderful state. (Return to QUESTIONS)

Why aren't the addresses included? This is determined by each local REALTOR® Board based upon their interpretation of local legal and business issues involved in displaying addresses. (Return to QUESTIONS)

How can I find a property with certain desired features? Most people are primarily concerned with price, town, bedrooms and bath. We have made it easy to select the properties that fall into these required categories. Once you have a property that seems right for you, please contact the Office or REALTOR® listed for that property. A picture and words can only go so far in selecting a home. Just as you would visit a car dealership before buying a car, we recommend meeting with the office of record for the property to get a full description of the property and to see it in person. (Return to QUESTIONS)

How can I get more information on a home that looks interesting to me? When you find a listing that you'd like to know more about, you can either contact the agent or office on the listing, or use our REALTOR® Locator, by clicking on the "Find an Office" button. (Return to QUESTIONS)

The information on this property is wrong, how can I make sure it gets fixed? If you are the owner, please call your REALTOR® and tell him or her to check the listing, and if it is wrong, ask them to fax the MLS printout page to RJR Solutions, Inc. and indicate what is wrong. We will use the MLS printout to research the cause of the problem and get back to the REALTOR®. (Return to QUESTIONS)

How often are the listings updated? Generally, property listings are updated on a weekly basis. We maintain both "active" and "pending" properties. (Return to QUESTIONS)

I am looking for land, multifamily homes, or commercial property, can you help me? The types of properties included are determined by the local Board of Realtors®. Currently, we do include commercial, Multi-family and land. (Return to QUESTIONS)

Why do you show a simple list of homes that meet my criteria, and let me choose the photos I want to see? This provides a method of allowing the consumer to quickly preview a larger number of property listings in less time than only presenting 3 or 6 properties. Also, when you select "all" towns, you can view them at the same time instead of constantly clicking having to click "Next" until you get to the town that looks interesting. (Return to QUESTIONS)
